SALES TAX POLICY

Sales Tax Collection
We are based in Connecticut and are registered with the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services to collect sales tax on purchases shipped to addresses within the state.

  • A 6.35% Connecticut state sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Connecticut addresses at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to addresses outside Connecticut are not currently charged sales tax, as we do not yet meet economic nexus thresholds in other states.

  • If our tax obligations expand in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

International Orders
We do not currently collect or remit VAT, GST, or other international taxes. Any such duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Policy

At Global Equity Forward, we aim to make receiving your tools and resources as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about shipping, pickup, timelines, and what to expect when you place an order with us.


Flat-Rate Shipping — Simple & Predictable

We charge a $8.95 flat-rate shipping fee for all U.S. orders — whether you purchase one item or several. There are no additional per-item charges, and we never increase the price based on weight or quantity. This helps keep shipping accessible, transparent, and budget-friendly.

Carrier & Delivery Timeline

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and delivery updates. Priority Mail typically arrives within 2–4 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location or seasonal mail volume.


Pre-Orders & Shipping Dates
For seasonal or pre-order items (such as the GEF Reflection Workbook or Calendar), we aim for:

  • Pre-orders ship by December 10

    If a product includes a specific pre-order window or estimated ship date, it will be clearly noted on the product page. Your order will ship in full when all items are ready.


Combined Orders

All items in a single order ship together whenever possible. You will never be charged extra shipping for adding additional physical products. If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship when the pre-order item ships, unless otherwise stated.


Free Local Pickup (New Haven)

We offer free pickup for customers who prefer to save on shipping.


Pickup Details:

  • Available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Pickup is by appointment only

  • Located in Downtown New Haven

  • The exact address will be shared in your pickup notification after purchase

Please bring your confirmation email and a photo ID when picking up your order.


Order Updates & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can track delivery progress in real time.


Delays or Issues

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out within 7 days so we can assist you. Email: hello@globalequityforward.com

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. Because many of our products are created in limited batches or offered as digital downloads, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Unused, unopened physical products returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items received

If your item meets one of the above conditions, we’re happy to make it right.

How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email GEFshop@globalequityforward.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

We’ll reply with instructions for sending your item back or processing a replacement. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns (unused, unopened items).

  • We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Digital downloads

  • Courses or educational materials (if opened or accessed)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Pre-order items once shipped

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
